There is a fun bike ride up Mt. Saint Helens called the Tour de Blast. It's a super fun ride that starts in Toutle Washington, climbs to the Johnston Ridge Observatory and back. It's 40 miles up hill and 40 miles down. 8000+ feet of climbing
