Are you going to have it ready for FLorida :) That's a cool project!
I doubt I'll have it done by Florida, but there's no way I'd trust airplane baggage handlers with a board.
Plus the waves on the gulf side are rarely big enough to surf.
I am planning on bringing a skim board and a bungee skim setup.
